Adjunctly utilizing complementary medicine, if needed

Implementing a psychotropic medication regimen, if indicated to adequately treat your symptoms

Tailoring your psychotherapeutic treatment through modalities such as CBT-I (cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia), MBSR (mindfulness based therapies), sleep hygiene training and educations, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) for insomnia, relaxation training techniques

Incorporating lifestyle modifications
