Gaining a comprehensive understanding of one’s unique symptomology and how this affects one’s global functioning

Incorporating complementary medicine, if needed and utilize psychotropic medications, if indicated, under close monitoring

Improve functioning through psychotherapy modalities of behavioral therapy, ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), improving emotional and social skills, relaxation techniques, parent-child therapy, emotion regulation skills

Comprehensively understand your functioning and symptoms, assess presence of learning issues

Utilize complementary medicine, if needed and provide recommendations and collaborative care with your primary care doctor or pediatrician regarding medication regimen tailoring

Tailoring psychotherapeutic treatment through modalities such as CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), emotional regulation skills, executive function skills coaching, relaxation techniques, behavioral therapy, MBCT Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, parent management training, communication skills

Providing guidance on educational environment including education on independent educational plans (IEPs) or 504 plans as well as reviewing IEPs

Collaborating with school staff through phone calls or IEP meetings

Incorporate lifestyle modifications including sleep hygiene, optimizing diet, and physical activity
