My treatment approach: I will support you through a gentle and warm process to:

  • Understand the driving forces of symptoms

  • Tailor your psychotherapeutic treatment plan to your specific symptoms through modalities such as MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), interpersonal therapy, social/communication skills, assertiveness skills, incorporate lifestyle modifications

  • Draw on your local psychosocial resources

  • Engage in family discussions to provide education and scaffold support

  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of your symptoms

  • Tailoring your medication regimen

  • Shaping your psychotherapy treatment to address your current symptoms and plan for future mental health through modalities such as  CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ERP (exposure and response prevention therapy), MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) 

  • Engaging in family/support structure discussions to provide social scaffolding of your treatment 

  • Utilizing local supports
